Volunteer Information

With a small community like ours, volunteer projects are a great way to cut costs.

Our Homeowner Volunteers do it all - they trim trees, plant flowers, work on sprinkling systems, paint, replace broken parts - you name it they do it.  No job is too big or too small!

Take a look at the beautiful finish on the tennis court.  The nice end caps on your patio, the beautiful landscaping.  It's all done by volunteers!!!!

Who Can Volunteer?

We invite any and every Homeowner interested in the issues and projects we focus our efforts on to help. Homeowners need to simply 'sign up' for the various committees or 'projects', then contribute 3 hours per month.

Benefits of Volunteering

Our volunteers are close friends and we have a great time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we work hard to keep things up.

We are always looking for people interested in helping out with 'projects'.  You can earn $20 off your monthly Maintenance Fee.

How Can You Volunteer?

It's so easy......

The only rule is that you must be current on your Maintenance Fee payments.  Simply contact a member of the Management Committee or watch for our postings on the mailbox for 'projects' as they come up.

Here's a sample of some of the 'projects' we'll have going this year:

1.  Tree Trimming.
2.  Help replace sod in various areas.
3.  Asphalt work.
4.  Cement work.

more to come......
