When homes come up for sale in our Community we are sad to see our friends and neighbors leave, but look forward to sharing our community with new people.

Realtors, here are some points of interest for you regarding our community when you come in to show one of our homes.  We are anxious to make your clients' experience with Cherrywood an inviting one, but recently we have had problems when realtors show homes.  Please help us by following the items listed below:


1.  Please use our 'guest' parking for your clients and yourself.  We have several 'guest' parking areas in front of the Clubhouse and on the north end of the west side parking area.  Other parking slots are designated for our homeowners.

2.  'Guest' parking is also provided on the east side of our complex.  Again, designated parking has been marked for our homeowners.

3.  Please do not let your clients park in front of garages, carports or impede the flow of traffic in our community.  Again, 'guest' parking slots are available and should be used, no matter what.

4.  Every homeowner is allocated 2 (two) parking slots.  On the west side, those with 2 car garages have their garage to park their vehicles.  Those with one car garages, have their garage and one assigned parking area.  On the east side they have one assigned parking under the carport, one assigned parking in the common parking area.

5.  If you or your client have questions or if they would like a copy of our Rules and Regulations to review, we are more than happy to help.  Please contact:  Teresa Taylor - President at 399-2274, Sonya Dermody - Secretary at 540-3683 or Linda Mitchell- Finance Officer at 698-0614.  We do hold full time jobs as well as serve on our Management Committee - so please leave a message if we aren't available and we'll get right back to you.

6.  Please do not be offended if you are questioned as to who you are when moving about our grounds.  We do try to keep a look out for strangers and we do challenge their business here.
